Standardized Operating Procedures For Prospective Homebuyers

Pursuant to New York Real Property Law § 442-h

Goldenrod Real Estate LLC (“Goldenrod”) establishes the following standardized operating procedures for prospective homebuyers before receiving real estate brokerage services.

1. Identification

REQUIRES. Prospective buyer clients are required to show identification before receiving brokerage services.

2. Exclusive Buyer-Broker Agreement

REQUIRES. Prospective buyer clients are required to enter into an exclusive buyer-broker agreement before receiving brokerage services.

3. Mortgage Preapproval / Proof of Funds

DOES NOT REQUIRE. Goldenrod does not require mortgage preapproval or proof of funds as a general prerequisite to receiving brokerage services.

A seller or other third party may separately require identification or financial documentation before a showing or as part of an offer.
